Stillwater Technologies, Inc. prepared civil engineering plans for a 21.16 acre retail and office plaza located at 14120 W.
Colonial Drive in Winter Garden, Orange County, Florida
Gardenia Plaza is located on 21.16 acres of land. The Gardenia Plaza buildings contain a total 167,850 square feet.
Prior to the architectural and engineering design, Stillwater's survey department provided a boundary, topographic and tree survey on
the parcel to establish the property boundary and elevations.
Upon completion of the surveying task, Stillwater engineers received the survey and commenced designing the project.
The project required a stormwater retention area, liftstation for the wastewater system and tying into the existing utilities for the stormwater
and potable water. A new parking area was designed to accommodate 167,850 square feet of retail and office space. Along with the
167,850 square feet of retail and office space, three (3) out parcels were configured into the development. The out parcels will be
sold and designed privately at a later date.
The permitting agencies were the City of Winter Garden, St Johns River Water Management District, Florida Department of Transportation
(FDOT) and Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP).
