Stillwater conducts environmental due diligence assessments for buyers and sellers of real property and their brokers, attorneys, insurance companies, and lending institutions to evaluate the condition of a property relative to potential hazardous materials contamination. Environmental assessments can range from simple inexpensive reviews of existing data to thorough field investigations to characterize discovered contamination problems. In addition, Stillwater also provides compliance audits and permitting services for clients with continuing operating conditions and the need for strategic long term environmental planning and training in the areas of RCRA, CERCLA, EPCRA, Title V, UST/AST compliance, etc.

Stillwater has performed thousands of Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments using ASTM, AAI, and client specific standards. We recently completed Phase I ESAs on a portfolio of industrial properties located from Seattle, Washington to Miami, Florida and are continuously providing ESA services to lending institutions such as; Banco Popular, CNL Bank, First Commercial Bank of Florida, SunTrust, Mercantile Bank, RBC Centura Bank, RG Crown Bank, Community South Bank, etc. and to property developers such as; Ashton Woods Homes, GDC Properties, American Equities, Mingus Properties, Sabal Palm Properties, Picerne Development, ProLogis, etc.
