Our CompanyStillwater was established in 1996 by partners who had been involved in environmental and engineering consulting since the early 1980's. Prior to beginning Stillwater, the firm's founding principals had gained over 40 years of experience with other nationally recognized consulting firms. This experience, while invaluable, also revealed a need for proactive customer service and sincere relationship building they had rarely seen achieved by large engineering firms. Stillwater was founded by individuals seeking the freedom to fill that need. We believe we have achieved that mission and are continually striving to achieve it for every client. Mr. Robertson has over 21 years of experience in environmental engineering and consulting, and has worked in a variety of areas including soil and groundwater remediation, environmental assessment, RCRA compliance, CERCLA cleanup, compliance auditing and training. Frederick A. Blecha, P.E., is Stillwater’s Vice President and Principal Engineer. Mr. Blecha has over 14 years of experience specializing in civil engineering, land planning, petroleum engineering, groundwater remediation, construction management, UST/AST management, and database design. As owners, Mr. Robertson and Mr. Blecha are involved in all aspects of the business. As such, when questions or decisions arise regarding technical, contractual, budgetary, or other issues, they can be resolved immediately without need for approval by others or committee.
