Stillwater has designed petroleum storage and distribution systems for numerous marinas and small airports. Marinas: Compliance upgrades requiring double-walled petroleum piping over surface water have resulted in numerous retrofit projects across Florida. Installations typically require designs which include aboveground storage tank systems, specialized piping systems for the transitions from land to floating piers, and dispensing systems with secondary containment and specialized hose retrievers. Airports: Stillwater has designed specialized petroleum storage and distribution systems for airports which include large aboveground storage tank systems with floating suctions, large diameter piping systems with pressure relief and specialized filtration, fuel loading systems with specialized emergency shut-offs and connection equipment, and more.
