Stillwater has completed hundreds of petroleum system retrofit projects across Florida and the Southeast. Projects range from single sites which need small sump or piping retrofits, to multiple-site programs with some of the largest petroleum marketers in the U.S. Engineering or construction plans were prepared for hundreds of facilities as part of the 1998 Florida piping and sump compliance upgrade deadline. Numerous projects are currently underway to assist multi-site marketers with the 2009 Florida double-walled underground storage tank compliance upgrade. Our experience includes working with a majority of the municipalities all over Florida and the Southeast. Stillwater’s approach to petroleum system upgrades includes face-to-face communication with regulatory agencies to avoid triggering compliance with extensive Land Development Code regulations whenever possible. Our customers include the owners and marketers of the facilities, and also the PSSC’s responsible for permitting and construction of the petroleum systems. We provide standardized petroleum system engineering drawings and specifications for multi-site operators, and also site-specific plans for the single store operator. |
